Bridget Stewart


Bridget Stewart's Printmaking works emphasize world issues such as suicide bombings around the world. The 1st work "White Butterfly Sacrifice" refers to the term used by doctors to describe the concussive injuries suffered by suicide bombers and their victims as seen on X-rays. The butterfly is usually referred as a symbol of transformation and death.



It is a collection of 6 works with a variety of Monoprint Woodcut,Xerox Transfer,Stamp Print on Muslin From a series of Drawings, Prints and Mixed Media work.
